Section 126
When digging a hole in a public place, a symbolic sign should be kept

(1) Prior approval of the nearest police office should be taken before digging a hole for any work in any public place.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when giving permission to dig a hole in a public place, a symbolic sign should be placed at that place in such a way that no accident will occur.
